David Keene

David Keene is the Vice President, Finance at Mirai Bio where he leverages his accounting expertise and extensive experience managing financial operations at biotech and MedTech companies to drive strategic financial planning, budgeting, and management reporting and analysis, while leading all aspects of accounting operations.

Before joining Mirai, David served as Vice President and Corporate Controller at ElevateBio Technologies where he established and managed accounting operations, led the financial results and analysis reporting, and drove process improvements while collaborating with cross-functional teams on customer deals, billing strategies and financial planning. Prior to that role, David served as Senior Director and Corporate Controller at Organogenesis Holding Inc., overseeing the direction of the accounting and purchasing departments while being responsible for all internal and external financial reporting. Earlier in his career, David held positions at RainDance Technologies as Senior Director of Finance and Senior Corporate Controller, and before that, as Vice President, Finance and Principal Financial and Accounting Officer at Cyberkinetics Neurotechnology Systems. He started his career at Ernst & Young LLP where he provided audit and business consultation services to a diverse client base across several industries.

David received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Babson College.
